What swappers have said about our events

Kathy Moore, co-organizer:

It gives me a chance to try things I never would have thought of and it also gives me a chance to fill out my pantry with items I wasn’t able to make this year.

Rachel Freer, past swapper:

I like to meet other people who are interested in food preservation and un-processed food. Also, I sometimes preserve too much of something, so I love to know that other people will enjoy the food I have made.

Erica Mulherin, past swapper:

It’s a chance for me to be creative and share the “food love” around to others in Olympia who also enjoy making things to share. I come away with the most amazing things, from homemade cheese to canned tuna. I never know what I am going to get, but it’s always awesome.

Sierra Blakely, past swapper:

… it is like Christmas come early – you get all the presents you truly want, without spending any money!
